Section 13 Controlled Airspace

13.01 "Controlled Airspace" means all airspace of defined dimensions within which

  1. Control Zone regulations are in force.
  2. security regulations are in force.
  3. Special VFR flight only is permitted.
  4. an ATC service is provided.
